Your inquiry

VirtHelm Information Technology Solutions uses the contact, organization or school, and project details you choose to provide to understand your request, assess fit, and respond. Providing these details is voluntary; without enough information, we may not be able to follow up.

Choose how to contact us

A project email is sent using your email application to our domain inquiry address. Resend processes the message and forwards a plain-text copy to our internal business mailbox. Attachments you provide remain in the email service and are not automatically forwarded. A Sentri inquiry uses Tally’s third-party form, which is loaded when you click a demo or founding-pilot button. You can also open the form on Tally directly.

Tally receives technical information when the form loads, and VirtHelm receives the answers you submit. The website does not load the form in the background before you choose to open it. Read Tally’s privacy policy for its own handling practices.

Keep the inquiry appropriate

Use business contact details where possible. Describe your operational needs without including identifiable student records, passwords, or other sensitive information. If more detailed material is needed later, we can discuss an appropriate way to share it.

Questions and requests

For access, correction, deletion, or other questions about your inquiry information, contact inquiries@virthelm.com. Handling a request may depend on identity verification and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
