Who this policy covers

VirtHelm Information Technology Solutions, Philippines, operates this company website. This policy concerns website visitors and people making business inquiries. Sentri product use, school records, and customer deployments may be governed by separate agreements and privacy notices.

When you browse

This is a static company website with no visitor accounts, checkout, or advertising pixels. Vercel hosts the site and processes technical request information, such as network and browser details, to deliver, secure, and operate it. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic and improve the website. It reports page views, approximate visitor counts, requested pages, referring sources, approximate location, and browser, operating system, and device information.

The service is designed to measure site usage without a persistent analytics cookie or tracking visitors across unrelated websites. Vercel may process technical request information to provide hosting and analytics. We do not use these analytics for targeted advertising.

Cookies and session storage

VirtHelm does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies through this website. Limited browser session storage remembers interface choices, such as whether the opening animation has been shown in the current session. That flag contains no contact details and stays in your browser.

When you contact us

Email links open your own email application. Messages sent to our domain inquiry address are processed by Resend, our email service provider, and forwarded as plain text to the internal Gmail mailbox we use to manage business inquiries. Sender details, message contents, and any attachments you choose to provide are processed so we can understand and respond to your inquiry. Attachments remain in the email service and are not automatically included in the internal forward. See Resend’s privacy policy.

Please do not send passwords, student records, or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial email inquiry.

The Sentri demo buttons open a form hosted by Tally only after you choose to open it. Tally processes the information you submit and technical information needed to provide its form. Your submission is available to VirtHelm for reviewing your school’s inquiry and following up. See our inquiry Privacy Notice and Tally’s privacy policy.

Use and access

Inquiry information is used for the requested conversation, assessing possible project or pilot fit, and associated business administration. Please share only what is needed. Do not send student records, passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential production data through the inquiry form.

Information is handled by people managing the inquiry and service providers supporting the website, form, and email. These providers may process information outside the Philippines. We do not sell inquiry information or add you to a marketing list through this website. Disclosure may also be necessary where required by law.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry correspondence as needed for the conversation, related business records, and applicable obligations. This website does not promise a fixed deletion period. You can ask us about information relating to you or request its correction or deletion; we will consider the request and any obligations that affect it.

You may have rights to access, correct, object to processing, or request removal of personal information under applicable law. Contact inquiries@virthelm.com with your request. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. You can also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Updates

We may update this policy when site behavior or our inquiry process changes. The date above identifies the current version. For a brief explanation before sending an inquiry, read the Privacy Notice.
